If you come to know that your house has mold spores everywhere and each corner, then you should not get surprised. These spores travel through the air and they settle down and grow in a damp place. Mold inspection room-by-room might end up giving results like, cottony patches, discoloration on surfaces etc. This discoloration might be of any color like, black, white, brown, gray, green, pink or even blue. Then at the time of mold testing, checking the dishwasher, especially around the bottom drain and inside the door would be very much required. Mold can be seen within the gasket and along the top and bottom edges of the door. Any appliance using the water can be the potential shelter for this small species. Many small appliances like, coffeemakers can be the place for harboring these fungi. Also, checking inside the water reservoir is equally important in the mold detection work. Another place, where these species can be detected, would be the bathroom. Mold loves warm, humid places where lots of water is present. Bathtub or shower place can be attacked by these fungi very easily. Also, checking under the sinks and behind the toilet seat is highly required, where leakage of water is possible. Taking care of the laundry and washing machine is completely mandatory. Behind the washing machine, any leakage can create the breeding ground of the molds. In a nutshell, they should always be detected with the help of proper inspectors.
