Within a couple of days, our design team had a clay 3D model of the flu bug. The customer loved it and then the work really began. We created a foam mould. Now normally we would let the customer see an actual foam model of the shape but under the circumstances time was not on our side. We simply sent him a jpeg visual printed in colour with his messages printed right across the belly. Again, the stress ball shape was quickly approved. Full production of 5000 flu bugs began and within a couple of weeks the whole order was delivered. My customer loved handing out the fun flu bug stress balls and the people he gave them to thought they were great. Nobody wanted something like that infesting their bodies so they all set off to make an appointment to have their annual flu jabs. This stress toy promotion was a tremendous success.
