About the Mold

Common materials: 45 #, 40Cr, P20, S50C, 2316, 718, NAK80, H13, S136(subject to customer requirements)

Lead time: T1 sample shall be delivered within 30 working days, and qualified sample shall be delivered within 35 working days

(depends on the complexity of specific products)

Product standards: DFM, HASCO, disk up or customized according to customer requirements.

Surface treatment: etch word, leather grain, sanding surface, mirror surface treatment or customized according to customer requirements.

Die life: 30-1 million mould according to customer material process.

Mold unit price: please provide 2D drawings, 3D drawings or physical objects of the structure size. The price will be determined according

to the requirements and the mold size.
