–we start design and send drawings for confirm then make prototype samples-send to confirm

 -improve the product design as customer’s requirement-start mold production-finish mold and test mold

- make texture as customer’s requirement

- send sample-improve the weakness on joint part in Z-Tool (Found the deform after injection molding during cooling, so we advice have to make wooden frame to reduce the deformation)

-send again samples- Come to China for mold commissioning and prepare injection molding for bulk production (color confirm, raw material confirm（tryed with PP+10%GP, PP+20% GP till it’s strong enough）, Injection molding situation, packing confirm)
